WHAT HAPPENS AT THE YARD: AUGUST

The summer break is over, and the team is back, refreshed, recharged, and ready to dive into some exciting new projects. Here’s what we’ve been up to over the past couple of months and what’s on the horizon.

The motor yacht Tulipa is nearing completion and is now in the water, with the final touches being made. We’re counting down the days until delivery in just a few weeks and are excited for a stunning photoshoot to capture her in all her glory. We’ll be sure to share the results on our socials, so keep an eye out!

Inside the VMG yard, we currently have two 49ft sport fishing boats. One of them is ready for final assembly, the second one is currently in an earlier stage, with the casco being prepared for paint. Our team is dedicated to ensuring both vessels meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance.

We’re also excited about an upcoming interior project: the Simmerdream. This beautiful De Vries Lentsch classic motor yacht from 1946 is set to receive a major interior refit, blending timeless elegance with modern comfort.

Finally, Super Duplex Hulls has begun construction of the casco of a new Puffin 42. Stay tuned, as we’ll be sharing more details about this project soon!

On another note, VMG Yachting had a successful Hiswa Boat Show, where we showcased three Arcona Yachts and two Delta Powerboats. We enjoyed beautiful summer weather and received a lot of enthusiastic responses to the five boats on display.
