BUILDING PROCESS OF NEW PUFFIN 42 STARTED

VMG Yachtbuilders and Olivier Van Meer Design have officially started the construction of a new Puffin 42, with the aluminum hull now in progress thanks to Super Duplex Hulls. The boat is expected to be completed and ready to sail in 2025.

This Puffin 42 will have a sturdy exterior with an unpainted aluminum hull, offering a rugged look that speaks to its durability. Inside, though, it will feature a light, modern design that’s thoughtfully equipped for comfort and ease.

One of the highlights is the deck saloon, which will easily accommodate six people for a meal or drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Down below, there’s a welcoming saloon next to the galley, creating a nice spot to gather. The boat also includes two spacious cabins and a separate shower and toilet, ensuring everyone has room to breathe and enjoy their time onboard.

This Puffin 42 combines a tough, no-nonsense exterior with a comfortable and modern interior. Perfect for the real Puffin sailor.

While the renders provided here show you a very nice Puffin 42, they don’t represent the exact design of the boat we are building yet. We’re still working hard to finalize the last details. The definitive renders will be shared with our followers as soon as they are ready.
