WHAT HAPPENS AT THE YARD: OCTOBER

Even as the season shifts, there’s no slowing down at VMG Yachtbuilders. We’ve welcomed a beautiful new project, the 95′ schooner Neorion. Although we can’t share all the details just yet, rest assured it’s one to watch. More updates will follow soon!

SDH is hard at work on the hull for the Puffin 42. In a short amount of time, the hull’s contours are already taking shape, and while it will still be a few months before the hull is completed and passed on to VMG, the progress so far is impressive.

Meanwhile, progress on the sport fishing boats is steady, with three boats currently under construction. The first boat has now received her engines, and our team is making sure that every detail of these boats meets the high standards of craftsmanship we are known for.

In our carpentry hall, we are starting on the first phase of the interior refit of the Simmerdream. This phase consists of carefully dismantling her interior to prepare for the exciting transformation ahead.
